AP
Invoice Importer.
The
AP Invoice Importer is a routine that runs from the
custom menu pad to import AP Invoices from an ASCII
comma delimited file. Our point and click field
mapping wizard allows you to import files with
various field layouts. The option grid allows you
to choose AP Invoice defaults for fields not
contained in your import file.
GL Account Key Changer (formerly NexGLKey by NexLAN). Using the built-in "key change" functionality in System Manager, you can change item numbers, vendor numbers, customer number, and employee numbers -why not General Ledger account numbers? NexGLKey is available in both a "GUI" and "non-GUI" (more powerful) version. Laser Print Check MICR (formerly NexMICR by NexLAN). It can be a real pain to load/unload different checkstock if you're running multiple concurrent companies in your Pro installation, or if a single company prints checks from multiple checking accounts. This just made your life easier.

to choose customer defaults for fields not contained

Customer Item Link. A cross-reference table to hold your item numbers along with the item numbers that your customer knows. Enter the customer number instead of your internal item number and Pro Series will find it!

Item Description Extender. Do you need to type in a longer description for some of your inventory items? Using this tool, you can enter an unlimited description that will automatically print on your documents.

Due to differences in state regulations, sometimes and item you sell is taxable in one state, but not another.
